Recruitment of 20 mortgage brokers across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane to become franchisees of a new 3rd party banking model developed by a major Australian bank. These people were recruited to establish their own business and to sell mortgage products specific to the bank.
Recruitment of a number of Lending and Insurance Managers for a major Australian bank. These roles were spread across several areas in the Melbourne metropolitan area.
Recruitment of a team of technical writers and instructional designers to completely restructure the “New Starters” program for customer care teams in call centres. The secondary phase was to upgrade the “Retail New Starters” program to the same style and format. This project took place over 3.5 months.

Recruitment of 2 experienced Real Estate Agents and 1 Cadet to assist and foster growth in a large franchise agency. These roles needed to be filled by locals who knew the area and self motivated personalities that were able to manage their own desk.
Recruitment of a team of sales coaches in Sydney and Melbourne to work alongside sales managers in large call centres. The role of the coaches was to support the business through an intensive period of training involving a major new sales training approach.
