I found Perform to be very professional yet friendly with a personal touch which is lacking with most recruitment agencies. Even though I didn’t get the job, I do appreciate you letting me know – not all agencies go to that trouble, in fact most don’t even acknowledge the application. I realize that agencies must receive many applications for each position, making it difficult to respond to all, so I’m even happy with a computerized response, but even these are rare.

It’s useful to know where you stand when submitting an application through the online avenues, it also allows me to accept offers by other agencies.
